Join a small group in my kitchen for a day of Dolomite cooking. This unique region in Italy includes recipes from Veneto, Trentino Alto-Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia. As a lover of mountains and cooler temperatures, I have come to adore this region and its cooking. With inspirations from neighbouring countries like Austria and Germany, much of this regional cuisine is ideal for the cooler months.
