Upon returning from my trip to Umbria in October, I want to teach and share some traditional countryside dishes from this often overlooked region of Italy.
Join a small group in the teaching kitchen for an evening of traditional rural Umbrian recipes, ideal to share with family and friends throughout the colder months ahead.

The cost per person for this 1-Day class is $120. This includes food and beverages, taxes and a small take home gift.
