Reserve a seat around My Table for traditional and hearty Cabana à Sucre, celebrating maple season here in Prince Edward County.

My intimate culinary experiences are very much focused on causal and traditional home cooking as well as learning, just like in the kitchen at Gran’s/Nanny’s/Nonna’s/Bubby’s house. I cook while you chat with others around the table. Ask as many questions as you wish to learn how it’s all made! N/A beverages included.

Welcome - Apple and Baluchon Galettes, Maple Braised Slow Ham, Apple Chutney, Blue Bénédictin Dates

First - Golden Split Pea Soup with Rillettes Toasts

Main - Tourtiére, Pureed Celeriac and Roast Carrots

The cost per person is $110 includes gratuity, taxes and corkage fee.

Payment is due upon receipt to confirm your seat. Refunds are available if cancellation is received within 5 days prior to the class/event.
